  1. People want private communities--Facebook has made the world seem too big. That's why Instagram, What's App and Snapchat are so successful. They make the user feel like they are a exclusively a part of something. 
  2. Private communities are also booming within enterprise companies. Major corporations are looking for ways to connect employees or their channel partners in effective ways.
