In a recent article for Entrepreneur, Adam Callinan (@Adam_Callinan) discusses the new tools being introduced that allow for technological automation and scaling. He recommends the following 7 tools to save a lot of time and headaches.

  • AdEspresso

Facebook video advertising is a great way to achieve returns for they allow you to target massive groups of consumers and track their activity. With AdEspresso, it is easy to load the ads and the system will automatically create the full range of ads and post them into your Facebook ad manager. While the amount of data that pours in is impossible to understand in Facebook, AdEspresso does the work for you and ranks out the best-performing ad by your KPI. This data will allow you to easily optimize and focus on your best-performing ads.

  • Klaviyo

Klaviyo is an app for the Shopify store and can also plug into most ecommerce platforms. Klaviyo is essentially an email flow machine that allows you to pre-create and load emails that are automatically sent. At 4 hours, Klaviyo offers a 10% discount to come back and at 24 hours, Klaviyo offers free shipping. The system also incorporates a “thank you” email that is sent from the founder to all the new customers.

  • Zendesk

Zendesk is an intelligent, customizable and easy way to manipulate a system that offers a large range of solutions for your online business when looking to offer top notch customer support. As Callinan describes it, Zendesk is one of those “why didn’t we do that a year ago?” products.

  • Delighted

Feedback is essential to a business as it helps keep an eye on how your product is being received and it offers another opportunity to communicate with the customers. Delighted really helps with this as the more you can reach out personally to a customer, the higher the likelihood that you can actually help with an issue which will only make the customers love you and the brand more.

  • Zapier

Zapier is a great tool that allows platforms to connect to each other. One way it’s used is to send the customer information from Shopify to Delighted, then send the new information (such as survey responses) from Delighted to Zendesk in the form of a support ticket. This allows you to easily take action on support tickets, whether good or bad.

  • SweetTooth

SweetTooth is a tool for rewarding customers for purchases. One reward option is points for ordering what can be used for discounts on future purchases, and another option is the sharing SweetTooth offers on Facebook and referrals for friends and family. With emphasis on referrals, if you refer a friend who makes a purchase, you’ll earn a free BottleKeeper.

  • StitchLabs

Keeping track of inventory is obviously important. StitchLabs links any number of stores and ecommerce platforms together in a single platform, which then sends inventory numbers out to those stores. The platform also incorporates detailed reporting that can be customizable for a very low cost.

There are many tools you can use to make your business more efficient, and these are just a few. Take advantage of what technology has to offer as it has the potential to boost the power and potential for the success of your business.
