Yes! We belive in efficient markets, and the market is telling hotels that they need to either lower prices and/or provide a better eexperience to consumers.
The smart hotels with test, measure, and iterate. The slow reacting hotels will continue to lose market share until they are forced to do something.
And in the end, the consumer wins. Yeah!
