Shopping is something that will never go away. It’s been around for ages and is our way of getting our supplies to live day-to-day. Traditional shopping ways were driving to the store and getting what you needed. Things are much different now with the advancements in technology.

Mobile devices have taken over how we as consumers shop. From smartphones to tablets, we use whatever we can to make it most convenient for us. This is where the trouble starts for brands. Being capable of making mobile friendly websites and interfaces is a key to separating oneself from its competitors.  

“Seventy-nine percent of millenials surveyed said mobile introduced them to a new brand, product, or service.”

Millennials are quick on their feet. They don’t have time to spare and want shopping to be the smoothest experience possible. As a shopper myself, I want for it to be easy and feel like my business is appreciated. Brands must grasp this concept of mobile shopping but also be able to incorporate a memorable experience -- in a positive way, of course. Whether it’s in person or online, the experience is what makes me want to continue my business with a specific brand or company.
