Announcement: platformOS Scheduled Maintenance - 1:00am PST January 25, 2020 

We are planning to have maintenance and we will always notify you in advance through our status reports and to your email registered on the Partner Portal. 

We would like to inform you that we will be performing scheduled maintenance and upgrades to platformOS core. Downtime is expected, which may cause some difficulties for visitors viewing your websites or certain services going offline for short periods of time.  

Start date: 1:00am PST January 25, 2020

Duration: 1 hour 

This maintenance period has been carefully planned and we anticipate a limited amount of downtime (a couple of minutes). We will keep the length of the downtime to a minimum and return to full functionality as quickly as possible.

Town Hall #74: Achievements in 2019 and Sneak Peek for 2020 

Our first Town Hall for the decade looked back on how far we’ve come during 2019, and outlined some exciting plans for platformOS in 2020.   

Here’s what we covered:

• Documentation: Documentation topics and articles published in 2019, content production plans for 2020. Workflow improvements, onboarding, plans to improve search, examples, design, and more.
• UX: Last year’s main focus — research and redefine the onboarding experience of pOS. A summary of the UX changes on the product, Documentation, Partner Portal and the plans related to the Marketing site. New UX and UI process in Figma.
• Design: Partner Portal UI renewal process. Plans to improve our Documentation and Marketing sites this year. Public pOS brand assets for Partners.

We have started working on this, we already started testing the first iteration of the new search functionality on our test site.
