Announcement: New Documentation Site Design
Last week, we applied the new design to our documentation site. Besides having a more polished look and feel, the new design incorporates UX improvements based on your feedback. Thank you! The redesign is not final yet, we are still working on specific areas of the site (e.g. Release notes, feedback block).
As part of the restructuring of the Tutorials section based on our recent UX research, we ordered Tutorials into larger topics, that act as visual separators among Tutorial categories. This is the first step in improving tutorials: We will move Best Practices to their own section next, and then start editing content to follow the more concept-focused, more narrative approach we shared with you in last week’s status report.

Research
- Onboarding strategy: We collected the persona related onboarding routes and as a next step our goal is to collect information from experienced pOS users and identify the key aha moments you had while using the platform. Additionally, we’d like to do some follow ups with new users and identify the key questions during the learning process. We’ll use the research information to fine-tune our onboarding experience.
