platformOS Community UI designs
From a UI perspective, the designs have received their final touches:
unified with a consistent visual style across all screens
refined to better support the new UX functionalities through tailored UI solutions
platformOS Design System Updates
With Figma’s latest update, where Figma MCP now supports not only reading from Figma but also writing back to Figma files, we saw a strong opportunity to evolve the pOS Design System and our overall design workflow.
We refreshed the design system across components, design tokens, and documentation, while making it AI-readable and extending it with AI-specific features. The result is an AI-powered design system that enables agents to generate consistent, scalable interfaces using pOS components, maintaining coherence across products and modules while still allowing adaptation to different brand contexts.
This opens up a new level of efficiency in our design process. Designers can now move from a prompt to an interactive, clickable prototype covering UX, UI, interactions, and a basic frontend implementation – in roughly the same amount of time it previously took to create a static Figma prototype.
We also introduced Claude Design into the workflow. It has proven particularly effective for rapidly creating these prototypes and enabling a smoother handoff to developers, including continued development with Claude.
We are currently redesigning the platformOS Partner Portal.
The renewal includes:
Updated branding: Aligning the Partner Portal with the current platformOS visual identity.
Improved UI: Redesigning and standardizing components, sliders, and module icons, while making content clearer and easier to digest.
Improved UX: Introducing a new dashboard, advanced search, sorting and filtering, sticky headers and filter bars, redesigned step-by-step flows, and an improved Marketplace with both grid and list views.
Responsive behavior: Ensuring a consistent and effective experience across different screen sizes and devices.
Two-factor authentication (2FA): Introduced an additional layer of security for Partner Portal accounts.
Status: In progress.
We are actively moving towards SOC 2 Type I and ISO27001 certification as part of our ongoing dedication to security and operational excellence.
SOC 2 and ISO27001 provides frameworks for evaluating organizational controls related to security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy. We will share further details as certification completes and then on-going SOC 2 Type II and ISO27001 continue annually.
And we will be making ALL of our processes and controls available for our Dedicated Private Stack clients, so that 80% of the heavy lifting for your own SOC 2 and ISO27001 certification can be easily accomplished for the solutions your business is building.
platformOS Town Halls Are Back
This year, we brought back the platformOS Town Halls as a regular opportunity to share what we are building, demonstrate new developments, and discuss the ideas shaping platformOS with partners, developers, agencies, and the wider community.
Since restarting the series in April, we have held three Town Halls (on April 28, July 30, and September 8) covering the evolution of platformOS from infrastructure and developer tooling to increasingly practical AI-assisted development workflows.
Missed a session? Our recap articles highlight the key discussions and demonstrations:
April 28 - Dedicated Private Stacks, AI Tooling, and Developer Workflows The first recap explores Dedicated Private Stacks, AI-augmented development, platformOS Supervisor, developer tooling improvements, and practical AI workflows.
July 30 - platformOS Town Hall Recap: From AI Assistance to Agentic Development
The July Town Hall looks at three levels of AI-assisted development on platformOS, showing how AI is becoming a practical development tool across increasingly sophisticated workflows.
September 8 - Recap coming soon
Our latest Town Hall continued the conversation with new platformOS developments and demonstrations. We’ll share the full recap on the blog soon.
Want to join the next Town Hall? The sessions are open to anyone interested in platformOS. Join our contact list to receive invitations to upcoming Town Halls and other platformOS updates.
